Information you should be aware about.

Cancellations: Need to Cancel? Not a problem!

If you need to cancel your appointment, no problem. Just notify me within 24 hours of your arranged appointment using my official contact page; click here to view.

If I cancel my appointment, will I get a refund? Of course.

If you don’t require or want a new appointment, I’m happy to offer a full refund. However, there are some terms and conditions that you should be aware of.

If you need to cancel after this time, there will be a charge to cover the slot taken by your counselled appointment, a slot that could have been available, so allocated to other clients. 

Missed appointments:

If you fail to show up for your appointment, the following policy is in place. 

I understand that unforeseen circumstances, events can happen, and your attention may be needed elsewhere, or perhaps you simply forgot about your appointment. In such circumstances, I’m happy to reschedule your missed appointment. 

However, if you require a refund in such circumstances, my ‘late cancellations policy will be implemented; see below.

What will happen if you turn up late to your arranged appointment. 

When you book a service with me, you will be allocated a specific date and time slot. Therefore, if you turn up late for your arranged appointment, then the assigned time slot cannot be extended as other clients’ appointments could be adjacent to your consultation session. Then, unfortunately, I will be unable to extend your session. 

In such circumstances, the remaining time will be the length of your consultation. You should ensure everything is in place before your allocated appointment to avoid disappointment.    

Late cancellations policy:

If you don’t let me know within 24 hours of your arranged appointment using my official contact page, then you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. This is to cover the slot taken by your cancelled appointment, which prevented others from booking that appointment slot, so the inconvenience and loss of income incurred.

The remaining 50% will be refunded through the same payment gateway and card you made your original payment. Please allow seven working days to receive your partial refund.

Exceptional circumstances:

As technology can be fickle and unreliable, equipment malfunction, internet services go down, power outages etc.

In such circumstances, I’m happy to reschedule your missed appointment. Please contact me as soon as possible in such circumstances.

Unforeseen events:

I appreciate that unexpected events can happen, accidents, deaths, domestic situations, etc.

In such circumstances, I’m happy to reschedule your missed appointment. Please contact me as soon as possible in such circumstances.

Regrettably, refunds cannot be granted in such circumstances, but you will be invited to arrange a new appointment. However, if the exceptional or unforeseen event happens from my perspective, then I will arrange a new appointment with you, or you will be entitled to receive a full refund. I will contact you as soon as possible in such circumstances.

Exceptions:

There are times when a refund or reschedule cannot be granted. If your session has started or completed, then you are NOT entitled to a refund as the service you ordered, so contract has been fulfilled. 

Age restriction policy:
