The Eight of Cups.
Within these challenging times, many of us have explored ourselves on a deeper, more intimate level. You may have realised just how blessed you are, or perhaps you’ve discovered aspects about your life that need to change or improve. Whatever your findings, hold in there dear friend, for the Eight of Cups has lots of positive vibes and guidance to shower upon you today.
We’ve all had those times when we feel something isn’t quite right or missing in life. While many from the outside may seem perfectly happy and content. Living a life that looks to the world, pretty damn cushy and fortunate. But I’m afraid some are just more skilled at putting the gloss on life, as often under the surface, they are just as vulnerable and fragile as us all.
This is the direction the Eight of Cups wants to gently nudge and guide you today, to find the courage to sit quietly, focus upon your life and circumstances. Perhaps light a candle or two, grab a pad and pen, settle down and give yourself the time needed to confront and explore your needs, what makes you happy, your loves and passions, not in a heavy or analytical way, but a time to reflect upon life, to find ways how you can live a more fulfilling, rewarding and exciting life.
In many ways, the Eight of Cups is a card of pilgrimage, those sacred and deeply transformative times when we need to take a journey, often metaphorically. To find a new spiritual perspective and dimension to our difficulties and important life questions. Often when we feel unfulfilled, something missing in life, we should see that feeling as an important voice calling us to look within, a time to listen, learn and grow. An invitation to fill that empty void with something more fulfilling, meaningful and life-affirming. Its never too late to move on, change and embrace something new, it only takes one step, followed by another!
